The Chess Dynamics commitment to quality ensures that we meet our customer, statutory and regulatory requirements. Particular project requirements are identified and managed throughout the project lifecycle; from the outset of the bid process, through Design and Development, Supply-Chain, Production, Test and Through Life Support.
Quality requirements can be agreed with the customer and formalised in a Project Quality Plan in accordance with the requirements of AQAP 2105 – The NATO standard for deliverable Quality Plans.
Our highly intuitive BMS platform enables all staff to reference up-to-date processes and procedures. Regular independent internal audits ensure that required processes are in-place, fit-for-purpose, operating and effective.
