Chess Dynamics Continues to Strengthen Sales Team with Key Appointments

Chess Dynamics has appointed two new Sales Managers to further strengthen its team in CLS (Customer Logistics Support) and the Maritime Sector.

Chess Dynamics strengthens its sales team with the appointment of Kevin Conquergood as CLS Sales Manager and Jim Parrott as Naval Sales Manager. Both bring extensive experience and strategic acumen to further drive and support the company's growth.

 

Kevin brings over 20 years of experience, both in engineering solution sales and in defence logistics, including through global operations with the Royal Canadian Air Force and the UK’s Royal Air Force. He said, “I’m thrilled to be joining the talented and innovative team at Chess Dynamics. As CLS Sales Manager, I’m eager to contribute to our mission and drive impactful results as we navigate new opportunities together.”

 

Jim served as a Royal Navy warfare officer for over 33 years where he specialised in surface warfare and air defence, predominantly serving in Destroyers and Aircraft Carriers.  His most recent roles within the Royal Navy included working as a NATO advisor in the Middle East as well as at the UK Permanent Joint Headquarters managing UK current operations in the Indo-Asia Pacific. He said, “I am delighted to have joined Chess Dynamics and am looking forward to bringing my operational experience to this role as well as furthering relationships with both established and new customers and partners.  In these challenging times, Chess Dynamics is a proven market leader delivering key capabilities to customers globally and I am excited to be part of such a professional and innovative team.”
